Converting to 230 Volts of Power for my Linn

I live in a high rise building so I cannot install a dedicated electrical spur. The North American standard is 110/120V

However, about 10 feet away from my Linn system is a 220/230V plug for my clothes dryer.

How easy would it be to run a line from the 220V over to my Linn using that plug? Is it possible, and what would be involved?

Any ideas? Thanks
