Akurate Music Server won't get track details

I have just replaced my Kivor with a AMS. It is all installed and as an interim measure is storing the files on my MacPro.

I can't get the AMS to look up the track details from Gracenote.

I have configured the IP address statically, checked the appropriate settings. I have logged into the AMS and confirmed that it _is_ able to ping out to the internet (http://www.google.com) so the DNS settings are working fine.

Any suggestions?
