CD/FLAC database

Hello all.
With 1500+ cds or 35000+tracks stored in a NAS I am looking for a DB with search capabilities.
Kinsky is a great control point however, the mac version lacks the search.
Online the only solution I found (collectorz.com) that features the scanning of flac archives is a windows only app.
Basically I need some help/suggestion/recommendations.
How you guys solved this issue?
