Dear fellow Flying Spaghetti Monsters,
The Penne is mightier than the sword.
But seriously, we have a thread that has predominantly become about discussing the current scientific understanding of if Cat7 can sound better than Cat5 (a thread I find very short and fascinating).
But I'm not interested in if the inertia of an electron can affect it's musical content? I'm interested in does it?
So I thought I'd separate into a separate thread my question, and the (hopefully) ensuing sharing.
I'm interested in how these comparisons were done.
What testing sequence was used? I've used AABBX at the factory, and AaBbA in a shop as well as ABA at home and round a friend's.
Were the old cat5 and cat7 cables run along the same path? As I've discovered this can make a big difference.
