Kinsky and Bubble DS

Am currently using Kinsky on my desktop and iphone for controlling my DS. Now contemplating a move from IOS to Android and therefore plan on using Bubble DS on the Android. Question is, will I be able to use Kinsky on my desktop and Bubble DS on the Android phone? This may or may not be simultaneous.
