Well today I spent about 20 minutes doing my cheapest Keilidh upgrades ever!
Removed rubber rings and the lycra grills, removed plastic covers over driver bolts and unscrewed all drivers - one at a time of course.
Rotated each driver by 180° and replaced mild steel bolts with stainless steel bolts - M4 20mm - a big thanks to Brianev for technical support.
Refitted all covers, grills and rings.
I'm probably guilty of 'expectation bias' but they do sound a little better, especially the mids and bottom end which are slightly less muddy.
Anyway - total cost £2.39 and it entertained me for an afternoon!
