Hi,
I'm currently away in Scotland, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries & Galloway to be precise.
While driving I have noticed the occasional white pole, with a red pitched roof fitted to it covering what I imagine to be an open end.
I really wish I'd stopped to investigate (I saw one that had an official looking notice on it).
Google as much I can but I can't find what the darned things are.
They are not roadside markers for when the snow comes (as seen in the highlands).
Confirmation of what they are would be really appreciated, coz it's driving me nuts.......
Thanks
KR
