WAV to FLAC Conversion

I've recently purchased Boris Blank's Electrified in 24bit 96kHz download. However, it was provided as a .WAV file.

Both of my converters (AVS and Any Audio Converter) only allow me to convert these files to 24bit 48kHz FLAC files.

Does anyone know of a converter that will handle 96kHz FLAC output please?
