Speakon Neutrik Connectors Solo's

I am probably going to buy a pair of solo's the only downside is they have Neutrik connectors that I have not had before..

At the moment I have a KTC ,my 242's are biwired into the 242's with both cables going into a single banana plug at the amp end...

Can I use both the Neutrik inputs at the Solo end with one neg & pos cable going into each Nueutrik plug (plus 1 & minus 1 in each one)...
