SkweezyDS not finding my MDSM

I am running LMS 7.9.0 on RedHat Enterprise 7.
I am running squeezelite (https://code.google.com/p/squeezelite/) on the same machine as the player.
I have downloaded the SkweekyDS plugin and enabled it.

When I go to the settings to pair the player to the DSM only the player is listed in the second pulldown. I do not see the DSM in the first pulldown.

I have ports 1900(udp), 9000(tcp),9090(tcp), 22621(tcp) open

What am I missing here?
