Need help with Renew DS, please!

I recently updated my Renew DS with the latest release and a couple of days later had the DS out of the system - completely. I disconnected the ethernet cable and power cables. When I reconnected the DS about 5 days later, the blue light blinked but it never showed up on my media center. Nothing had changed with my network.

When, and only when, the "fallback" button is pressed will the DS show up on my network and on Konfig. However, the device is shown as "linn-218ba3:Reprogram" on the network, and "00:26:0f:21:8b:a3 (Reprogram)" on Konfig. Both the network and Konfig recognize the device as a Renew DS, and a lightning bolt is shown next to the name on Konfig.

Konfig shows that update 4.19.799 is available, but whenever the update is attempted it seems to almost finish the download, then a message indicates that the update failed.

When trying to update it with an older version (downloaded from here http://products.linn.co.uk/VersionInfo/D.../Releases/ ), it says "Software Update Failed (Could not find KlimaxRenewDsMk1 directory)".

When device recovery is attempted, it appears to complete the download, but as soon as it is completed, the Renew DS disappears from both Konfig and the network.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
