Working at Linn

Hello

I am a young sound engineer from near Glasgow. I am a big fan of Linn's work have been following Linn for a few nears now. Working at Linn would be a dream job for me however the qualifications that I currently have do not really make me desirable to Linn.

I was wondering if anyone here could advise me on what kind of qualifications are desirable to Linn? Do they offer internships or other kinds of on-the-job training? How does one go about getting their foot in the door at such a place?
