Hello,
It seems, that Kazoo CP overloads a Kazoo Server during album arts displaying. As a result dropouts appear.
My configuration is rather simple: Kazoo Server works on Linux (fedora 20), Kazoo CP on Windows/iPad, iPad, Laptop connected to the home network via WiFi, DSes connected to the home network via ethernet.
Router: Asus RT-N16U. Do not suppose, that these dropouts can be caused by a network problem, as they appear only, when using Kazoo CP/Server pair, and Kazoo CP displays album arts. top command on my linux machine shows in such moments, that Kazoo/mono uses over 20% of CPU. I store my music in FLAC format, with album arts embedded in files (no folder.jpg files, etc). Mono version installed :
Mono JIT compiler version 3.2.3 (tarball Fri Sep 13 16:53:06 EDT 2013)
(installed manually from an external, non-fedora) repository
Used the same mono version for Songbox/Kinsky pair, and had no such problems with dropouts. Also, Kinsky/Kazoo Server pair does not cause such dropouts.
