Majik DS: from wifi to power line?

Dear friends, the above image shows the way I've beeen listening to my Ds in the last months.

The setup used to work quite well. Every now and then the DS was not discovered any more, and some dropouts occurred, but I managed to live with those problems

Since last week, alas, the dropouts have gotten more and more frequent...listening to music is now just not possible anymore ( a dropout every few seconds...). I changed nothing in my setup and components, nor changed or updated the software involved (bubbleds is my control point).

I never had any problem with my Squeezebox Touch, but it natively supports wifi.

I am thinking about trying powerline adapters...can someone please suggest a way to link my components by powerline adapters, or suggest a link to a good "how to" guide? I understand I will nedd three adapters (one for PC, one for DS, one for the router), am I right?

I can't cable my house, so powerline adapters are the last thing to try, before the DS leaves my setup
