Which (if any) is more sensitive to vibrations and would thus benefit from vibration damping isolation feet - (i) KDS + KK (ii) Solos (iii) neither (ii) all, equally?
At present I only have the isolation feet under my KDS and KK. Im my previous setup I had the Solos stacked on top of the KDS and KK, thus all supported by the isolation feet at the bottom of each stack. Now I have the components separated, and am wondering if it is worth bothering with a couple of extra sets of isolation feet for the Solos. I once removed the feet from the setup and felt I was missing something so put them back. I use Gregitek Aerius feet which work with a steel ball sandwiched between an upper and lower section of each foot.
