One of the reasons I went for the Urika - thanks to great service as usual from Cymbiosis was the sense of a short phono lead from the tonearm to the phono stage and the space saving of yet another box on the rack. I have found putting a really good mains cable on the Radikal gives great rewards presumably because both the power supply for the turntable and phono stage benefit. The strange looking wooden blocks on the new SD cables from RA accessories do what they say and remove significantly the toxic RF and give a stunning improvement in sound. Interestingly a recent tussle in advertising standards for subjective and objective results have been upheld
