First issue.
I very rarely go to the admin section of my QNAP (419) but this week I have done a fair bit of ripping and decided to empty the recycle bin. When I put the cursor on the menu on the left, it doesn't work. I restarted and tried several times with no success, same every time. To empty it I had to search for recycle bin and open it from there. Any ideas? Note, I use windows explorer.
Second Issue.
The reason the recycle bin had been used is when ripping on DBpoweramp ripper I have somehow got the genre " rock" which has some spaces before the word rock. This is being picked up sometimes without my noticing. So when I then rescan Twonky the album will not be displayed but I get the message unable to retrieve data. So I had to delete the file and rerip checking the genre. I have tried to delete the genre but can't do so. So the next option is to uninstall and reinstall. So the next question is if I uninstall DBpower will I have to repurchase it or can I down load it on my original receipt?
