Remote Playlists and Conversion to M3U

I'm using Linn's Songbox software to store the playlists I've created in Kinsky and have put together some scripts which will convert these Songbox remote playlists into m3u files which can be accessed by any device / mediaserver.

I use Minimserver to serve my music and Songbox only to handle storing these remote playlists.

I've found it useful on a few occasions where I've edited metadata making the Songbox playlist served playlist have no data about those tracks, but thankfully Minimserver can pick up these m3u files and serve them up with any updated metadata.

A few assumptions:
* Linux Server
* inotify-tools installed
* Minimserver running on the same machine as the collection of music.
* Linn Songbox Installation - where its configuration storage is available from the Linux machine
* Linn Songbox is used for storing playlists, but not serving music. This is because Songbox uses a random GUID whereas Minimserver uses a URI which can be converted back to a filepath.
* All music files are contained within a single root
