I just moved to a QNAP TS-112 from my original Tranquil SQA-5H that died. Music files transferred OK and can be played individually on my PC (VLC Player) or with Sonos using the dedicated controller.
When I try to use Twonky (Artist-Index) to play on my Majik DS, I find that selecting any recording in 'ABC' it plays for a tiny fraction of a second, then the Majik DS shuts down. I also find the same in 'JKL' but no shutdown.
Other selections Numeric, DEF, GHI play find without any problems, so I'm stumped as to what to do and would appreciate any help.
