Shootout: Ninkas vs. Majik Isobariks

The Ninkas are the only component in my Linn setup which were never exchanged, as I was never missing anything and always liked their sound-- starting from passive with a Classik Music in 2006, the Ninkas are now driven aktiv by a 4200 and have the Polymer bases and upgraded tweeters (Hiquphon OW-1), and both upgrades brought a very significant improvement. The speakers also reflected source upgrades very well.
However, out of curiosity (resulting from discussions with Forum members at the Linn 40th anniversary!), I recently decided to try the Majik Isobariks in my setup. I had listened to them two years ago at my dealer (fully aktiv IIRC) and really liked them.
So I just bought a nice oak ex-dem pair of MIsos. I am planning to swap them with my Ninkas every two or three weeks, to do a long-term comparison, and later decide which speakers to keep. In fact, just now the MIsos are connected bi-amped passively in the system.
The MIsos will be driven in different configurations, starting from bi-amped, then bass-aktiv, and potentially fully aktiv as well if I can find a good deal on a second 4200 with cards AND if I get the impression it could be worth it!
I will report here on my first impressions and results of PART 1 of the comparison, MIsos bi-amped passive against Ninkas active, after having listened to the MIsos for a little more time... Wink but for now I would be interested in comments and hints regarding the MIsos and the comparison with Ninkas! E.g.
* How would you rate the relative performance of the different Miso configurations (passive, bass-aktiv, fully aktiv)?
* How do you think the MIsos will perform in the different configurations against aktiv upgraded Ninkas?
